Our Mission: The mission of the New Jersey Wrestling Officials Association is to serve all levels of interscholastic wrestling by promoting fairness, integrity and excellence in the sport. The NJWOA is dedicated to providing knowledgeable and impartial officiating, fostering a positive and safe environment for all levels of competition, while supporting the development and growth of student-athletes. Through education, mentorship and collaboration with NJSIAA, coaches and participants we strive to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship and ensure a rewarding experience for all participants.
